The City of Bowie is seeking a firm to provide workforce training. The Bowie City Council has authorized a Pilot Workforce Training Program to provide training directly to City of Bowie residents via “Virtual/Online” services, which meet the needs of Bowie/Regional employers, to complement, and/or exceed, existing local workforce development programs. The City Council desires to spend $50,000 in this pilot program to maximize the employment potential of residents by offering training in high-demand skills in employment sectors with high present, and projected, needs.

Electronic (pdf) proposals will be received via email to Daniel Mears at e-mail until 4:00 p.m. Friday, June 25, 2021. The City of Bowie reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
All questions or clarifications regarding this Request for Proposal shall be submitted by email to Daniel Mears at e-mail. Deadline for inquiries is Monday June 14, 2021. Written responses to all questions and/or clarifications will be issued no later than Friday June 18, 2021 to all those who have requested a copy of the RFP from the City.
