Public Hearing at the 5/1 City Council Meeting, 8 p.m. Berman Enterprises has filed an application for Detailed Site Plan approval of a multi-story consolidated storage use and car wash proposal that is intended to replace the approved 225-unit multi-family apartment building on the vacant five acres behind the retail shopping center.
