Berman Enterprises, owner of Bowie Marketplace, is submitting an application for Detailed Site Plan approval of a multi-story consolidated storage use and car wash proposal that is intended to replace the approved 225-unit multi-family apartment building on the vacant five acres behind the retail shopping center.
The plan includes a 79,800 square foot consolidated storage building complex consisting of a 44,100 square foot, three-story building (Phase 1) and a 35,700 square foot, four-story building (Phase 2). In addition, a 4,575 square foot car wash building is proposed along Superior Lane.
