The City of Bowie will hold an election on Tuesday, November 5, 2013 to elect members of the City Council consisting of a Mayor and six Councilmembers to hold office for a term of two years. Registered voters may cast a total of four votes; one for Mayor, two at-large Councilmembers and one for their district Councilmember.
Any qualified voter of the City may apply for an absentee voting ballot. Applications are available from the City Clerk's office at City Hall or on the City's website.
Deadline to file for candidacy is October 4, 2013 at 5 p.m.
Deadline to register to vote for City Elections is October 4, 2013 at 5 p.m.
