A virtual stakeholders meeting will be held on Wednesday July 13, 2022, to discuss the Detailed Site Plan for a proposed 4,500 square foot Dash In convenience store, gas station and car wash to replace the existing Applebee’s restaurant at the northwest corner of US 301/Heritage Boulevard.

To attend the virtual meeting, you must register at https://bowie.fyi/dashinmtg. You will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link for the meeting. Participation will be in Listen Only mode, and questions may be sent via the Q&A function. 

This application will also be heard by the Bowie Advisory Planning Board on July 26, 2022, and by City Council on September 6, 2022, both at City Hall.
