Gibraltar Management has submitted a Preliminary Plan of Subdivision application which proposes the creation of lots for the development of 77,635 sq. ft. of retail space, a 150-room hotel, 193 townhouse units and 347 multifamily units on 70.10 acres. The site of the proposed development is located in the northeastern quadrant of the U.S. Route 301/Mill Branch Road intersection, and is zoned C-S-C (Commercial Shopping Center), where the proposed uses are permitted by right under the Prince George’s County Zoning Ordinance.
