The moratorium on utility shutoffs was lifted on October 1, 2020 According to an order issued by the Public Service Commission, utility shutoffs can resume as of November 15, 2020.

At this time we do expect water and sewer account balances to be paid in full. Should you need to make payment arrangements please contact the Finance Department at 301-809-3016. 

We have resumed our billing and collection procedures that include late fees of $15 added to balances 7 days overdue and disconnection notices delivered 24 days after the due date.
