Bowie is in the process of developing the City’s 2021 (HUD FY2020) Annual Action Plan (AAP). As an Entitlement Community with HUD, the City is required to produce the AAP through an internal planning process, and a public participation process (Community Participation Plan), that covers the City’s funding priorities and programs (goals, projects, and activities) in the following areas:

Fair Housing

Homelessness

Non-Housing Community Development

The City seeks public input at the first of two hearings on the Annual Action Plan.
