A City Council public hearing regarding two Detailed Site Plans for the South Lake mixed-use community will be held on Monday, March 2 at City Hall.  

• Detailed Site Plan #DSP-19023 proposes 1,035 dwellings, and a 5,727 sq. ft. clubhouse, with pools, and other recreational facilities on 282 acres.
