Trimming of street trees takes place in City neighborhoods every 4 to 5 years. The City uses its own employees as well as contracted companies to do this work. Signs are posted at the entrance to the neighborhoods that will have trimmings, as well as throughout the neighborhood a few days prior to trimming. Only street trees will be trimmed.
