The developer of Glenn Dale Golf Course Redevelopment (Preliminary Plan #4-19005) will provide an informational presentation regarding the proposed “Fairway Estates at Glenn Dale” community at City Council on December 2, 2019 at 8:00 p.m. The redevelopment of the former golf course will consist of 209 single-family detached dwellings and 63 townhouse dwellings on 125 acres in the O-S (Open Space) and R-18C (Multi-Family Medium Density Residential, Condominium) zones.  Public Hearing Notice
