On 2/21/13 at 5:15pm I took custody of an approximately 3-4 year old, female, black/white, shih-tzu. A citizen found this dog on Mitchellville Road near Mt. Oak Road today. This dog is not wearing a collar and no alternate form of ID (microchip, tattoo) was found. This dog was transported to the Prince George's County Animal Services Facility located at 3750 Brown Station Road, Upper Marlboro, MD 20772.
