Bowie State University's Homecoming Parade is scheduled for Saturday, October 12, 2019 and will begin around 9 a.m. and is expected to conclude around 11:30 a.m. Expect delays in the following areas:
Excalibur Rd. (including entry roadways to City Hall)

Early Glow Ln.
Ellerton Rd.
Edgehill Rd.
Embassy Ln.
