This first of its kind 5K (fun run and walk) will take place on November 10, 2018 from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. The course is a certified 5K (3.1 miles) and starts at the Bowie Town Center fountain, takes you through Centennial Park and the trails over to Northview Drive, up past the Bowie Dog Park, and eventually back around to the starting point at the Town Center. We will have many veteran-oriented groups, Green Bowie Businesses, and community groups present. 

Schedule

7 a.m. - Check-in begins

8 a.m. - Group stretch led by Sport Fit 

8:15 a.m. - National Anthem

8:30 a.m. - Run starts!

9:45 - Key note speaker, the Honorable Douglas J.J. Peters

***Early check-in and t-shirt pickup is available on Thursday 11/8 from 12 - 4p.m. and 6 - 8 p.m. (you do not have to check-in early)***
