On 1/18/13 at 5:15pm I confined a black, male, chow chow type dog wearing a choke chain with no tags on North Oak Court. This dog appears to be older, approximately 9 years old, and possibly deaf. Dog is being transported to Prince George's County Animal Services Facility located at 3750 Brown Station Road, Upper Marlboro, MD 20772.
