On 11/9/12, at 6:00am, BPD Officer Shifflett, located a stray pitbull mix breed dog, female, not spayed, 1yr., brown and white, wearing a pink nylon collar and no tags or microchip, in front of 713 Jennings Mill Rd., Bowie, Md., 20721.The dog was transported to the City of Bowie holding room and later to the Prince Georges County Animal Mgt.
