Compost bins can be purchased at City Hall any time it is open. Payment is by cash or check, but after 5 p.m. and on weekends, you must pay with a check; no cash will be accepted. Residents in the incorporated City limits can purchase up to two bins per address, and the bins must be placed in backyards. Questions?
