September 28, 2015 to October 5, 2015, the City of Bowie by way of its partnership with Prince George's County's Continuum of Care (CoC), is one of six (6) local CoCs in the State of participating the Youth REACH MD pilot project to count unaccompanied homeless youth and young adults in Maryland.

Youth REACH MD (Reach out, Engage, Assist, & Count to end Homelessness) is an effort to obtain accurate, detailed information on the number, characteristics, and needs of unaccompanied homeless youth in the State.
