A.

Chase Bank ATM at Collington Plaza

The applicant, TKO Installations, Inc., is seeking the City’s approval of a revision to a Detailed Site Plan to install a new ATM machine in the parking lot at Collington Plaza.  The property is zoned C-S-C (Commercial Shopping Center), where the use is permitted by right under the Prince George’s County Zoning Ordinance – Public Hearing/Eligible for Action

Bowie and Vicinity Area Master Plan

Staff from The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC) will brief City Council on their current outreach efforts and timetable for updating the 2006 Area Master Plan for Bowie and Vicinity
