Amending the Adopted Budget for the Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2021 and Ending June 30, 2022, to Purchase Machinery and Equipment Owned by Bowie Golf Management Inc., to Increase the General Fund - Reserve for Contingences by $97,600 for Expenditures Related to the Bowie Golf Course, and to Purchase Contractual Services for the Implementation of the City Branding Strategy – Public Hearing/Eligible for Action

Special Exception #4842, Assembly Classic Center Banquet Hall

The applicant is requesting the City’s approval recommendation for a 4,000 square foot banquet hall facility proposed in Condo Unit 7 of Colonial Village Shoppes, located at 13637 Old Annapolis Road.  The subject property includes 8,285 square feet (overall site is 1.9 acres) and is zoned C-S-C (Commercial Shopping Center) – Public Hearing/Eligible for Action

Adjourn and Move to Close Session

To adjourn to closed session under the statutory authority of the Md. Annotated Code, State Government Article §3-305(b)(1): “To discuss the appointment, employment, assignment, promotion, discipline, demotion, compensation, removal, resignation, or performance evaluation of appointees, employees, or officials over whom this public body has jurisdiction; any other personnel matter that affects one or more specific individuals”, and §3-305(b)(7): “To consult with counsel to obtain legal advice”.
