The City of Bowie routinely maintains trees on City government property and along the streets in the public right of way. Sometimes they are assisted in this work by contractors. Notifications of tree trimming work will be posted to this page and signs will be posted at the entrance to a neighborhood when tree trimming work will be done there. Fallen Tree Gleaning
The City of Bowie has initiated a fallen tree gleaning program on City property. An application is required, and residents must sign a liability waiver.
