How Do I Obtain a Concession Permit?

Permit Types

Concession Facility Permit (Daily) - This permit is for use of the Blacksox Park Concession Facility on a single day.

Park Concession Stand Permit (Daily) - This permit is issued for groups seeking to sell concessions from a temporary location within a City park on a single day.

Mobile Concession Permit (Annual from April 1- March 31) - This permit is issued to the owner of a mobile (vehicle) concession truck on an annual basis. This permit is valid on City streets and all City owned parks except Allen Pond. Limited to two per year.

Allen Pond Park Mobile Food & Ice Cream Vendor Permit (Annual) - This permit is issued to one mobile ice cream concession truck and one mobile food truck on an annual process, through a competitive bid process. This permit is awarded through an annual Bid RFP issued mid to late February.
