The Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) group focuses on the "art of survival" for children with a diagnosis of Attention Deficit Disorder, with or without hyperactivity, as well as for children without a diagnosis.
Two groups are run simultaneously, one for children, and the other for their parents.
The Parent’s Group
The parent's group focuses on learning about ADHD, developing new ways to help children, and understanding how the disorder in a child can affect the whole family. This group also gives parent’s the opportunity to connect and learn from other parents who have a child with ADHD.
The Children’s Group
The children’s group uses fun and interactive activities to teach kids about ADHD, introduce adaptive coping strategies, and develop effective social skills.
