Workforce Training Program

Free Workforce Training Program for Young Adults



The City of Bowie Office of Grant Development and Administration, in conjunction with Bowie Youth and Family Services, offers residents a free Workforce Development and Life Skills Training Program for youth and young adults between the ages of 15 and 25. The program provides free workforce readiness training, which includes a portion on life skills and another on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) career paths.

2021 Program Dates



Module 2: Innovation and Entrepreneurship



For residents aged 15 - 17, Tuesdays, May 10 and 18, 2021 from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m.

For residents aged 18 - 25, Thursdays, May 13 and 20, 2021 from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m.
