The Aspen Apartments at Melford Village Detailed Site Plan

The developer is requesting approval of a Detailed Site Plan for a multi-family apartment building containing 388 dwelling units and a parking garage containing 587 parking spaces.  The project is proposed on 6.6 acres of a 25.1-acre site, which is zoned M-X-T (Mixed Use - Transportation Oriented) and is located on the west side of Curie Drive, north of Melford Boulevard - Public Hearing/Eligible for Action
